Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refund eligibility for bookings made through FoneSpot.
Payments Made Directly To Service Providers
If payment is made directly to a Service Provider, all refunds, cancellations, and disputes must be resolved directly between Customer and Service Provider. FoneSpot is not responsible.
Payment Made Through FoneSpot
If payment is processed through FoneSpot, refund eligibility will depend on:
- Repair Status
- Parts Ordered
- Labor Performed
- Diagnosis Performed
- Service Provider Documentation
Non-Refundable Items
The following may be non-refundable:
- Diagnostic Fees
- Shipping Costs
- Labor Charges
- Ordered Or Installed Parts
Disputes And ChargesBacks
Customers must contact FoneSpot before initiating chargebacks. Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension or termination.

Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to mail-in repair services facilitated through FoneSpot.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for packaging, labeling, and shipping devices unless FoneSpot provides shipping arrangements in writing.
Shipping Risk Disclaimer
Customers assume risk of shipping loss, theft, damage, or delay. FoneSpot is not responsible for carrier performance.
Condition Upon Receipt
Service Providers may document device condition upon receipt. Pre-existing damage may affect service eligibility or repair price.
Return Shipping
Return shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

Warranty Disclaimer
FoneSpot does not provide warranties for repairs. Any warranty is solely provided by the Service Provider.

Platform Disclaimer
FoneSpot is a marketplace and POS platform. Repairs are performed by independent Service Providers.
FoneSpot is not responsible for:
- Repair Outcomes
- Device Damage Or Loss
- Data Loss
- Shipping Delays Or Loss
- Service Provider Misconduct
Note: Liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Submit Fraudulent Bookings Or Business Details
- Impersonate Any Person Or Business
- Misuse The Platform For Illegal Purposes
- Scrape Or Harvest Platform Data
- Distribute Malware Or Harmful Content
- Interfere With Platform Security Or Performance
- Harass, Threaten, Or Abuse Others

FoneSpot respects intellectual property rights.

Business / POS Service Agreement
This Agreement governs Service Providers using the FoneSpot marketplace and POS tools.
Independent Contractor
Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FoneSpot.
Verification And Onboarding
Service Providers must complete verification. FoneSpot may accept or reject any shop at its sole discretion. False information results in immediate termination.
Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers are solely responsible for:
- Repair Performance And Quality
- Pricing And Customer Estimates
- Warranties And Returns
- Legal Compliance, Licensing, Taxes, Insurance
- Customer Service And Dispute Resolution
- Protection Of Customer Information
POS Software Disclaimer
The POS is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” FoneSpot does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Service Providers are responsible for maintaining their own records and backups.
Fees And Billing
Service Providers agree to pay subscription and/or transaction fees disclosed at signup. Nonpayment may result in suspension.
Termination
FoneSpot may terminate any Service Provider account immediately for fraud, abuse, repeated customer complaints, illegal activity, or reputational harm.
Indemnification
Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoneSpot LLC from any claims related to repairs, warranties, negligence, customer disputes, data misuse, or legal violations.
Device Abandonment Policy
If a Customer fails to respond, pay, or claim their device within thirty (30) days of repair completion or estimate issuance, the device may be considered abandoned.
Service Providers may charge storage fees and may dispose of the device in accordance with applicable law. FoneSpot is not liable for abandoned device handling.
